How do I buy something?

Once you want to order we need more information from you – like delivery address. These details you provide in the secure login page and continue with your order.

Simply click the BUY button next to the helmet with your design and one (1) helmet adds to the Cart. Repeat the steps if you want more helmets.

Upon completion go to Cart and finish the payment and you will receive the order confirmation by mail.

Do I need to sign up to buy?

You don’t. Just order and provide us with the details we need.

I have forgotten my password, now what?

What methods of payment are accepted?

Our payment service provider is Mollie and you can pay with almost every payment method.

Why don't you ship to my country?

First we focus on the Netherlands and Belgium. As soon as we are ready, we will expand our activities. BUT: send us an email (info@KED-caps.nl) and we will find a solution for you.

How much is shipping?

Shipping in The Netherlands and Belgium is free of charge.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

The next day, if we have your ordered product in stock. If not, we will get in out of our stock in Germany and it will take 2 working days extra.

How do I get a refund?

If you’re not satisfied about the product, just send it back to us and we will refund the paid amount or deliver another product you want. Make sure the product is in the same packaging (including labels) and must not be used or damaged.

How do I return / exchange items?

Send us an email(info@KED-caps.nl) or call (se our Contact page) and inform us about what you want. Send us the product back in original packaging, including all labels and make sure it is not damaged or used.

What if I change my mind?

You have 14 days to decide whether you keep the product, change it or return it free of charge.

What payment security do you have?

The payment methodes of Mollie are worldwide used by the largest webshop companies. This gives you the security that paying is according to the highest security measurements.
